Grip Frame has several options for adding basic gel frames, flags, or large frames to your drawing. Each type of frame has numerous size options available, and flags and frames have the option to make them floppies. They have the ability to roll and spin to whatever angle needed. Control Grids can also be added to any frame, with a small selection of grid sizes. Each frame has full control over color options in both 3D and 2D, with several generic presets and the ability to add textures for more realism.
The plug-in is hybrid 2D and 3D. The 2D portion is drawn with 2D shapes, not just a top-view of 3D geometry.
The Lighting Stand plug-in was written in Vectorworks 2026 and ported back to 2021. It should work in any version from 2021 and up. A 2024 version, which has updated icons for light/dark modes, is also included and should work in 2024 and later.
